一、个人简介
刘锡平，男，1962年10月生，河北省衡水市人，教授，硕士生导师，中共党员。
二、主要学习与工作经历
1985年毕业于河北师范大学数学系，获理学学士学位，1996年3月毕业于北京理工大学应用数学系，获理学硕士学位．2000年8月至今在上海理工大学理学院任教，2005年9月晋升为教授。
三、主要科研工作与成绩
长期从事微分方程理论及应用的教学与研究工作．先后主持上海市教委科研项目3项（青年基金：02GQ24，创新基金：05EZ52，重点项目：10ZZ93，均已顺利结题），参加国家自然科学基金项目4项（编号：19571008, 19871005, 11071164, 11171220）。在国内外重要学术期刊发表论文100余篇，60余篇被SCI、EI检索．2012年应邀担任美国的Mathematics Review 评论员，长期为国内外数十个学术期刊担任审稿专家。

五、主要研究方向
主要研究方向为微分方程理论及应用的教学与研究工作。
主要研究领域为：泛函微分方程初值边值问题和周期解问题、常微分方程边值问题、分数阶微分方程边值问题及周期解的存在性。
