余志先 男 1982年出生于江西余干，理学博士，中共党员
上海理工大学理学院副教授、硕士生导师。

其内容主要研究单调与非单调系统的行波解存在性、渐近传播速度、稳定性及一些相关问题等。

2007年9月至2010年7月在北京师范大学数学科学学院学习，专业方向：微分方程与动力系统，获理学博士学位，导师: 袁荣教授。
2009年9月1日-11月30日 法国波尔多第二大学研究访问。
2010年8月-2013年5月 上海理工大学理学院，讲师。
2013年6月-至今 上海理工大学理学院，副教授。
